Design LO.CA is Pascha Goodwin and design team. 

We are honest, thoughtful, creative, direct and respectful. And, we are really passionate about creating strong spaces — interior and exterior, where we live, work, and play. It's not about modern vs. vintage or hand-made vs. machine-made. We feel that good design is about building on the natural strengths of your surroundings and using quality goods and materials to create unique environments that reflect your sensibilities.
